Fuel poverty – The new definition

Background The Scottish Government launched a public consultation on its new draft Fuel Poverty Strategy on the 9th of November. The strategy looks at current legislative framework, and sets out detailed proposals for a new fuel poverty strategy in Scotland. Let’s Cook, Grow & Sew Together featured on Keep Scotland Beautiful

West of Scotland Regional Equality Council (WSREC) were awarded a grant from the Scottish Government's Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) grant to run Let's Cook, Grow and Sew Together.  The project helps ethnic minority communities across the West of Scotland to increase home energy efficiency, grow local produce and reduce the amount of food and household items being sent to landfill. Winter is for DIY

Guess what? We have 3 MILLION PALLETS* *exaggeration possible It's no secret that pallets are a creative, sustainable gardener's dream item, given their versatility, sturdiness and general ability to be freely sourced from factory backyards everywhere.
